Hello Alfonso,

poster of the movie somewhere but I didn`t know that it was a film
with content. I thoght it was another action film full of explosions
an nothing more but your advice changes all.

The MTV cartoon series is an alternative piece-of-art, very
tantalizing and mind-blowing, but less "ZARDOZ-ish" than the movie
adaptation.
Granted, the movie is FULL of explosions and silly fights, but also
offers some interesting similarities with ZARDOZ plotwise - in some
departments, the heroine (Aeon Flux) looks like Zed's female
counterpart. So see the movie, just for the guilty pleasure too see
some ZARDOZ-ish touches here and there.

It`s my favourite sci-fi movie of the last times. It looks like the
70s films with Charlton Heston ("Planet of the Apes", "The Omega
Man", "Soylent Green") and the plausible air of the film "On the
Beach" (with Gregory Peck, Ava Gardner, Fred Astaire and Anthony
Perkins) but introducing an optimistic message that remains a very
good taste after the spectacle.

Good to know... are they already filming a sequel?
