I’m guessing that you are over here in the UK?

The money that you said is owed, the £42.11, may not be something that TexasBeautySupply.com should be paying for.  It may be import and VAT added by HMS Customs.  Most American suppliers do not include this is the cost of the packaging, as they do not accept responsibility for it.

What did you order from them?  I assume some fake hair of some kind.  If so, there are supply stores in the UK that can do the hair for you.

I purchased some Kanekalon Jumbo Braid (50 inches in length)  I’m going to cut this to the lengths I require for actually putting on the suit.

The site I used in the UK was www.afrocare.com

They are reasonably priced, at least I think so.

I would recommend sourcing your hair from the UK if you can, as you can then ensure that you can re-source for top-ups without the delivery problems associated with importing goods.

Hi folks have recently started work on my wook but had a problem when
it was delivered today. TexasBeautySupply.com hadn't put enough
postage on it by £42.11p so as I didnt have the money it has been
taken back :(  hope to get later when I have the money.

Has anyone else had this problem from TexasBeautySupply.com ?
or is it a one off? Not sure I can trust them with any more orders if
they make a habit of this.

Have written to them just now to see what they have to say.

Oh and will post some pics of my work so far later tonight hope its
not to bad :) Had a slight struggle with sculpting the face as my
face is not symetrical so my facecast and mask are not either.  Fope
it will be ok got skin and underskull nearly finished .Looking
forward to the fur being on it :)

Hi I have a complaint :(
Almost got my order today but as you didnt put enough postage on it I
owed £42.11 on it.
naturaly I didnt have more than a couple of Quid on me and parcel
force wont take cards so the parcel had to be taken back. 
One very annoyed parcel force driver as his time had been wasted. 
At a rough guess there is about 2 dollers to the pound so the postage
was short by around $80 Can you folks please learn from this as I
don't think I can give you much more trade if you cant be trusted to
get the postage right. 
Today you caused one upset receptionist ( the driver had a go at
her ) , one upset driver ( his time was wasted ) and one upset
customer as I haven't got my package.
