Having problems with message search?
I made mine out of real hair, its the only way to go, I started with the fake hair but it will not look good at the end. Trust me on this one. If you want to see photos, my suit is on the memebers photos under QCJO

I'm not sure how many people are still constructing their suits -
but I do know that there have been a few new people signing up in
over past week - so this might help someone else out there.
Today I went to pick up some more hair to continue hooking it into
my suit - and ran into a sale! Sally Beauty Supply has the Sassy
synthetic "Kanekalon" hair extensions on sale until the end of the
month (10/31). Their sale price is 4 bags for $5 (compared to $1.99
a bag).
I'm guessing that I should try to stock up with enough hair to
finish my suit before the prices go back up. Does anyone have a
rough idea of how much hair I might need? I've read some estimates
somewhere on the order of 50-100 bags depending on how frugal one is
while applying it. If those numbers are roughly right - I should
probably try to grab about 75 bags before the sale ends.
