I would think if you want a pulley system it would not be that hard. Drill a few holes for the cable over the check bones in the hard mask.. ( both sides of nose ). Use a small grommet ( found in any sewing store ) to keep the hole from wearing down. Attach cable to Latex mask 2 locations on inside of lip... silicone glues would work fine. Attach pulley to angle the cable to back of jaw ( both sides ). Depending on how much lip raise you want will determine where you want cable to attach to jaw... father back on the jaw will result in less movement on lip. Too close to mouth on jaw will cause your lip raise to look lick an orangutang in "any which way but loose".
