i agree, his books are marvelous. i like 'getting even' the best. as for the
films, 'play it again sam' is my stand out, 'radio days' is something
special too.
and also i'd say in my opinion 'love and death' is a little better than
'sleeper', but only by a whisker. i just love the scene with keaton 'to love
is to suffer, to avoid suffering...'. Allen shot a lot of it in the style of
Ingmar Bergman, did he not.
