LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - The Disney Channel is
about to be invaded by the Brainiacs. The children's
cable network has acquired PorchLight Entertainment's
"The Braniacs.com," a two hour<br>movie that will make
its world television premiere Dec. 22.<br><br>"The
Brainiacs.com'' tells the story of Matt Taylor (Michael
Angarano), an 11-year-old irritated by his widower father's
obsession with work. He sets out to secretly gain a
controlling interest in his father's toy company, Tyler
Toys,<br> through online trading. Dom DeLuise plays Ivan
Lucre, an artist, who wants to foreclose on the
heavily-in-debt Tyler Toys. <br><br>Angarano has starred in the
films " Music of the Heart" and "For Richer or Poorer."
The movie also stars Kevin Kilner ("Smart House"),
Vanessa Zima (" Ulee's Gold," "TheBaby-Sitters Club"),
Rich Little and Alexandra Paul ("Baywatch")."
