I have memories of being five and the ceramic Mary nightlight that my live-in nanny had in her room that I sometimes slept in. Her's lite up redish. Wow, that's cool!  :-)  Sounds like you have a rare find; think they stopped making those, I haven't seen them. A definate "keeper".  My mom has a few beautiful art pieces from Isreal of the virgin Mary.    Brandy  :-)

I missed a good picture day today.. the sky was all pink and purple.  I think I'll be good to myself this weekend and take pictures with my tripod, roll around in the grass; the snow is all melted. Hope everyone has a great weekend and finds a beautiful world outside.  hm..  I went to a new thrift/antique store in Port Jeff  [O!! that reminds me..]  and found a 10inch virgin Mary nightlight with an orange light inside. She's sort of lovely and creepy at the same time. I love virgin Mary things. I'll go back there too and dig around for other treasures.. [my small pleasures in life..] .
