Yes, the WED-15-1662 is totally different than the WED-15-77.
The WED-15-1662 has seven arms and is called a "septoid" droid:

For the treads, I went to a local lumber yard (Menards) and found a
big roll of black rubber(it's a rubber mat) I cut the rubber into
long pieces and then cut up a bunch of small rectangular pieces and
glued them on to make the look of a tread.
For the body, I made it out of PVC pipe first. Then I glued aluminum
onto the PVC pipe. I used that thin aluminum that comes in big rolls -
I think the aluminum is used for roofing houses.
