Australia has the second season DVD already.  The set also comes with season
one.

Season 2 has a nice documentary and interview with Tracey and Bruce Wagner.  The
DVD also comes with outtakes and deleted scenes -- Celine's singing went on and
on and on.  4 sing-alongs are also included.  It's a really nice set, including
packaging.

ABC, Australian Broadcasting Corporation, put out the DVD, so I don't know how
much the American DVD, once released, will differ from the Australian.  I doubt
it'll be much.

a message advertising something that's not Tracey-related will be
banned from the group.

Note that new members' first posts will be moderated.  This will
allow the moderators to verify that the new member's purpose for

Q.  What can you tell me about the chat sessions?

wondering if this means that United States of Tara will be pushed
back, or if they'll be airing together.  That would make for an

of "Tracey Takes On..."  I hated having to wait until Spring for Showtime to
start airing the new series.

YES! I totally agree with you! I have seen Glee, and it's a great show! Maybe
she could be a dance teacher or something who comes in to teach the students a
new dance or something. It would give her a chance to be the "Happy

I have watched Glee, although I've missed the last two episodes due to
time constraints (they are sitting on my DVR).  I've also been
recording it for my niece in Africa.  It's not a musical in that the
musical numbers are confined to performance and rehearsal situations
(but there are a lot of those).  The lead student (Rachel?) has two
gay dads, so she's a Francesca of sorts.

Yes, I would agree with your assessment, Andrew. I think Tracey would
do well in a guest spot that was focused on music.  I also think she'd
do well as another outrageous character -- for instance, at the time
of the morning I'm writing this, I'm thinking that her Ally McBeal
therapist character would fit in well as a guest appearance (or a
character like her).

Haha..no not mad at all..Glee is a new Fox show on Wednesday nights at 9 about a

I've just had a look on You Tube, and have found it.

It's from a sketch called "Inner City Fairy Tales", from "Three of a Kind":

It starts 3 mins 30 secs in.

The sketch is extended on the 12" single from the original 1 min 30 secs to
around 5 mins in length by breaking it up into sections, and is then overlaid
with a music track (not melodic, just percusion and bass instruments), and
various vocal echo and stuttering effects on Tracey's voice, notably everytime
she says "little red riding hood".

12" singles not on the albums. (I recently found the 10" extended version of
They Don't Know, which is my favourite Tracey track!).

My question relates to the B-side of the promo 12" white label Terry, Little Red
Riding Hood. Does anyone know the source of this track? The sleeve is stamped
"One of a Kind", so I'm guessing it came from the BBC series "Three of a Kind".
It sounds as though the original was recorded in front of an audience, as there
is laughter, with an instrumental track dubbed over it afterwards.

Does anyone know why this, and the other extended tracks weren't included on the
remastered CDs released a few years ago? As far as I know, the extended tracks
missing are:

They Don't Know
Bobby's Girl (single remix)
My Guy's Mad At Me

I thought that skit was good so who knows she might be on for another musical
number which would be great. Tracey and her sang good together.  Wow this

Yes, things have been quiet here.  There has been very little news to
report.  The 1st season and the complete series sets of "Ally McBeal"
are coming out next week, and they'll include a certain unorthodox
therapist (my fave guest role of hers)

Q.  What's the club/group about?

Q.  Who's Tracey Ullman?

A.  She is a multi-talented social satirist/actress/comedienne/singer/dancer
from England who has won many awards (Emmys, Golden Globes, American
Comedy Awards, etc.) for her TV series in the US ("The Tracey Ullman
Show", "Tracey Takes On", "Tracey Ullman's State of the Union") and the
UK ("Three Of A Kind").

Q.  Who are the group moderators?

A.  Laurie LaBadie (beatnick67), Group Owner and Founder
Roger Reini (rwreini)

A.  You can participate by posting messages to the group, submitting

A.  You can post messages two ways: by sending an e-mail to
totallytraceyullmanclub@yahoogroups.com, or by going to

Please keep your posts relevant to Tracey and her career.  Some
off-topic posting is allowable, within reason, at the discretion of
the moderators.  The moderators reserve the right to remove posts
deemed offensive or too far off-topic, and they also reserve the
right to remove members who post such messages.  Anyone who posts
a message advertising something that's not Tracey-related will be
banned from the group.

Note that new members' first posts will be moderated.  This will
allow the moderators to verify that the new member's purpose for
joining was not to spam the group.  If the new post is deemed to
be unacceptable by either moderator, it will not be approved, and
the new member is subject to removal.

Q.  What can you tell me about the chat sessions?

A.  Regular chats have been suspended until further notice.  Special chats
will be announced on the group.

Q.  Why can't I use the "No Email" option for receiving group messages?

A.  We moderators have determined that, in order to improve and maintain good
participation rates from the membership, it is necessary for members to be
able to receive Special Notices at a minimum.  Anyone who signs up for the
group yet chooses the "No Email" option will have their delivery settings
changed to "Special Notices".  If this is objectionable to you, we're sorry,
but your only recourse is to leave the group.

Q.  I was removed from the group -- why?

A.  In most cases, you were removed because your e-mail address
was no longer valid -- i.e., group mail being sent to it
was bouncing.  If you want, you can join up again, preferably
using an e-mail address that doesn't bounce.

In a few cases, the moderators have removed and banned members
who have violated the rules of the group.

..you have skills, offer her something..Tracey needs the youth factor..like
Laurie suggested, pull a Vicki Lawrence...put a reel together of your best
bits..and share it with her.

People have been asking me that question over and over again, and it's really
starting to bother me. "Why are you calling her?" "What's the point?" etc etc.
The reason why I tried to call her was because I wanted to let her know how much
I appreciate her and her work, and just let her know that. Also, about the
Youtube thing. If she called me, I would want to share my happiness with the
world because it would mean alot to me, and would want to remember that. I did
not call to bother her, invade her privacy or what not, I'm just a fan calling
to let her know how great she is. I don't see a problem with that, do you?
