RU Planetarium spring shows up and running

RADFORD - The Radford University Planetarium shows are back for the
spring semester.
The show will be Sky Tours throughout the rest of January, then the
Planetarium will be showing "Skywatchers of Africa" in February in
conjunction with Radford University's spring African Cultures Festival.
The shows in March and April will be a new show called "The Planets."
This show was produced by the Southeastern Planetarium Association and
is narrated by Kate Mulgrew, a.k.a Captain Janeway of "Star Trek
Voyager" fame.
The children's show "In My Backyard" will be shown the first and third
Saturdays of February at 10:30 a.m. (Feb. 2 and 16). Shows are every
Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 p.m. There will be no shows during Spring
Break. The planetarium is located in RU's Curie Hall, room 43.
All shows are free and everyone is welcome.
