Notice that this article gives his age as 38- he is actually 42. Back
when he was younger, right after "Heat" deNero and his mother did an
intervention and got him into a re-hab program (he mentioned this in
several news stories) I suspect that the enquirer has "confused" the
facts- they often sacrifice accuracy for the sake of a "good story".
