Robin Strasser, the 1982 winner of the Emmy Award for Outstanding Actress in a Daytime Drama, has been one of the best-loved and hated performers in that genre for over 40 years.

In addition to One Life to Live's Dorian Lord, the quintessential woman you love to hate, she created the role of Rachel Davis on Another World and played Christina Karras on All My Children. For her portrayal of Dorian, she has also won the 1996 Soap Opera Digest Award as Outstanding Lead Actress and the 1996 Soap Opera Update Award for Best Actress. She also won the 2001 Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Scene Stealer for her portrayal of Hecuba, the 300-year-old witch on Passions.
