I don't know how to get a message to you other than through this
site. I know you are suing Jimmy Pflueger for property damage on your
land in Kauai. I only want to tell you I hope you nail his ass. I
have personal knowledge of what a SOB he is. For 10 years my late
husband worked for him. He was the Vice President and general sales
manager of Pflueger Lincoln Mercury in Honolulu. In 1977 my husband
was murdered during a robbery. Jimmy collected $200,000 life
insurance on him. Two weeks after his death Jimmy sent a tow truck
to pick up my car, that was worth less than $5000.00. He never ever
called me to say how sorry he was or ofter any help. I can bet he
never told the relatives of the
people that died from the Ka Loko Dam he was sorry either.

I know a lot of things about that man that he would not want known.
