There must be, it was a sell-out.

I didn't see my message until after the event had come
and gone. I don't know what happened there, I sent it
before. However, I'm delighted to inform any more
Northern English Brooks fans that the film will also
be shown at Pictureville in Bradford, West Yorkshire
on March 12th.

Great! At least Brooksie will know that she is still appreciated
amongst hard core film buffs, who take their hobby seriously.

Does anyone know if Louise wore perfume, and if she did, what her
favorite fragrance was? I'm curious.

From what is known about Brooksie, she never did mention a favorite
perfume of any kind. Barry Paris never mentioned that fact in his bio
of Louise.

Thanks anyway!  I've tried looking everywhere, can't find a thing on it.  Leave it to me to find the one thing there's no backup for.  *laughs*

You're welcome, Jennifer. I'm sure Brooksie had a favorite perfume
she wore, but, knowing her demeanor, she probably wasn't heavily
into perfume by nature.

So like this site has the entire Great White North album available for bootlegs,
eh! So you can pick up a case of Molsens from The Beer Store, throw some
backbacon on the Coleman (or just have some Kraft Dinner if you're observing
Lent) and enjoy, eh!

Hey, is Molsen's good beer? I've heard from a few people that
Molsen's is the best beer they've ever tasted. Remember that John
Candy movie, where he's at a hockey game and starts insulting
Canadians for their national anthem, their flag, etc, and then he
takes a swig of beer and says, "THIS BEER SUCKS!!!"? And what about
the hockey fight immediately afterwards? Boy, was that scene from
that movie ever funny!

I think the movie you're talking is "Canadian Bacon".
There's some funny lines from the movie in the "Quotes" section @ imdb.
(Written and dirceted by Michael Moore, think it's the only
non-documentary film he ever made.)
It's sad John Candy is no longer with us. He was great.

Long Live (the memory of) Johnny LaRue,
KD

You're welcome, KD! After all, Brooksie and Charlie did have a

RUSH, the big comedy hit of that year. Louise considered Charlie a

Has anyone seen or know of any sort of psycological profile on Louise

and I find her to be psycologically baffling. What an incredibly
complex person!

Somehow I am not 100% sure that Louise would have appreciated her picture on a
package of sausages kosher or not. That shot of her at the stove was under a
different context I am sure. That is only my opinion. thanks Perri Lee
