I think I understand your argument that it
doesn't matter; this is especially the case
seeing that one may only know of one reality.
But...I believe if a world has been constructed
for us, 'free will' goes out the window. To me,
freedom of choice would be more accurate. I don't
want to get too technical here but satisfaction,
albeit temporary, can be attained through the
consumption of chemicals or maybe even RF waves.
How would you feel if you were aware that some
cabal (or network of programs) decided or
influenced when and where you would experience
any particular range of human emotion. What if
you knew that your 'love' and 'satisfaction' were
used as a carrot (lure) to get you to behave in
accordance to some protocol unbeknownst to you.
Would 'love' still mean the same thing to you?
What if your intuition (and observations) said
somethin' ain't right, regardless of your
position in Maslow's hierarchy?
I guess I would just have a problem following
a white rabbit through a labyrinth or anything
that thinks itself divine.
Thank you for your input.
