Re: My Sincere Condolances, Much Too Late

Good morning, Liz, are you the Liz whose picture can be seen in the Photos
section? I am glad to be communicating with you (and the other club members).

Please try to access the beautiful profile (print AND video) of Kim that
appeared in THE NEW YORK TIMES on Tuesday, June 19th, 2007. Also, an obituary
appeared in the same newspaper on Friday, October 10th, 2008. The archives of
THE NEW YORK TIMES can be accessed via www.nytimes.com.

Kim was very brave and tried hard to hold on to the Earth.

1997, I had the great honor of having lunch at his table and he was incredibly
gracious and kind to everyone there, and told us all the most wonderful stories
and asked us about ourselves, too. During that weekend I had the chance to speak
with him several times and he was warm, funny, kind and respectful to me and all
of us. EVERYONE at the Fu Fest loved him. I will always remember him with the
greatest respect and affection.

In fact it was the first Episode of that series I was able to watch, because I
gave birth to my first son that year. I was absolutely transfixed and delighted
by Kim's performance, and to this day it remains my favorite episode.

also when we watched the episode of Law and Order: Criminal Intent he guest
starred in Chinoiserie. They loved his performance. (They are ages 16 and 13.)
