Please know that our thoughts are with you--even those of us who have never had
the pleasure of meeting you & Kim in person--and that we are all remembering Kim
fondly for the fine man and performer he was.

Kim seemed to be doing fine until mid-September. Then one of his lungs
collapsed, and the
situation became worse and worse.
Kim was always very proud of this fan club. He would actually go up to complete
strangers
and tell them about it.
I am heartbroken, but I know that Kim would want all of us to take care of one
other.
