I was just thinking that our 6th anniversary as a club is drawing
nigh. It's a little more than a month away. I founded the club on Oct
9, 1999 and I still remember sitting at my computer and setting it up.
I remember trying to decide if I should call it the Low-Rent Kim Chan
Fan Club, which is proper grammar -- but then it looked too much to me
as if Low-Rent would be describing Kim instead of the Club. And the
club was VERY low rent back then, I think I had 4 pictures of Kim and
a list of some movies and tv shows he was in, and that was it! I
remember trying to decide what our "tag" should be ("Anybody out there
know who Kim Chan is?" And I remember picking the color for the club
banners, which has been changed a couple of times since.
I'm considering changing the tag line to read "Kim Chan -- still
adorable after all these years." What does anyone think about that? <G>
