The goal of the group is to create a "safe" place to share ideas, brainstorm, talk about struggles that actor's face in the business and to grow and develop in the integrity of who they are through self-awareness and self-acceptance.

John Sudol is a well-known, respected and in demand acting coach and independent LA casting director. In an article in Backstage West “Choice Teachers,” John was picked as one of the top acting coaches to study with. John is also listed in Bonnie Gillespie’s book Self-Management for Actors: Getting Down to (Show) Business & Judy Kerr's Acting is Everything, the 11th Edition.
