11:00am-11:30am...Meet & Greet (Network)
11:30am-12:00pm...Intro/ Info Hatha Yoga
12:00pm-1:30pm....Hatha Yoga Class
1:30pm-1:45pm......Break (Cool Down)
1:45pm-2:15pm......Intro/ Info Belly Dancing
2:15pm-2:45pm ......Belly Dancing Performance
2:24pm-3:15pm.......Belly Dance Class
3:15pm-5:pm..........Lunch/ Closing (Give-a-Ways)


Work Shop Rules
*Must Arrive on Time at 10:50am
*Wear comfortable Clothing (work out clothes)
*Be in Good Health
*Bring Small & Large Towel
*Do not eat a heavy breakfast before workshop
*No children under 15 if under 18 Must have parent consent
*No Refund!!!
