Hello Krissy,
I almost didn't go see it (Emily Rose) because I read such bad
reviews about it. And yes, I finally did see the Exorcist movie.
I personally believe people can be possessed by evil spirits because
it's recorded in The Bible as fact, and Yeshua HaMashiach cast
devils out of people. But are these malevalent spirits fallen
angels, or are they spirits of the wicked Nephilim who were
destroyed in the flood, and now seek human bodies to inhabit.
It also still makes me wonder how within Catholicism Mary seems to
be a malak (Hebrew for angel and messenger). Hebrews makes it clear
we are not angels, but yet Mary seems to have that role in
appearance and the messages she delivers. Could it really be Mary
people are seeing whenever they see what they perceice to be the
blessed mother of Yeshua The Messiah?

Father (Damien) Karras. You will learn; especially if you talk to
me. More power to you for reading for reading the book-- most people
don't bother but they don't know what they're missing. Incidentally,
you never mentioned if you ever saw the movie. I'm not one to
assume, so I must inquire. Do not have hatred for the fact that
Father Karras died in the end; for it was the ultimate act of faith
in which he dove to his death (you might remember in the book how
Chris stated to Father Dyer that "my god, I've never seen so much
faith"). Also, if you've seen Part 3, you will find that Karras's
character has duties beyond death to deal with, and he does so with
great heroism and faith. If you want to discuss more about this,
just send a question, I have the answer, for I am the know-all on th
subject. Here's a question for you: are you prepared to watch the
new movie coming out in Sept "the exorcism of emily rose"? Who knows
