on<br>Billy<br><br><br>"Billy Wirth was born in New York City and went to
Brown<br>University before becoming an actor. Acting for directors
like<br>Franc Rodham, Abel Ferrara and Joel Shumacher sparked
his desire<br>to get behind the camera. Drawn to
L.A.ís underside, he began<br>documenting its grittier
reality with polaroid and videotape.<br>This is how he
came to know Tyrone Atkins, whose
300-page<br>manuscript, penned from jail, became the backbone of
Billyís<br>directorial debut, MacArthur Park."<br><br><br>For more
