Re: [terrencemalick] Greetings from a newcomer

Francesco:

Greetings from the sandhills of Nebraska. It sounds
like you are a sophisticated film lover. *Days of
Heaven* is my favorite Malick film, bar none.

I admire anyone who can tackle a book project on
Malick. Do you think your book may be translated into
English as well? If so, I'd like to get a copy when
it's published. I seem to remember a pretty cool
website on Malick developed by Italians, associated
with a film project on Malick. The filmakers had even
contacted Malick about doing a film project on him,
and he told them to go ahead, although he himself
didn't participate. Do you recall the project I'm
talking about? I can't remember the name of the film,
but it contained interviews with Sissy Spacek, Sam
Shepherd, etc..

I think you'll enjoy this group. Although we don't
post as often these days, most of us are still here,
judging by the people who often appear with an
interesting tidbit after a long absence.

Ciao!

Angela
