I'm assuming you want to know about Defending Your Life.

Defending your life... Albert Brooks plays Daniel, who dies in a car
accident, and goes to a place where people are put on trial to see if
they have conquered all there fears. then it is decided if that
person continues to the next level of existence, or goes back to
earth and gets reborn. While he is there, Daniel falls in love with
Julia, played by Meryl Streep, and he has 3 days to prove that love
really does conquer all... including fears.
