Tara does the voice of Bubbles without the help of any electronic
devices or sped up tape. You can see Tara do the voice of Bubbles on
the sneak-peak of "The Powerpuff Girls Movie" on
the Powerpuff Girls "Meet The Beat-Alls" VHS tape and DVD.
