Tanya Memme is nominated for a Crystal Reel Award for "Best Actress"
in The Florida Motion Picture and Television Association annual Film
Festival!!

The Florida Motion Picture and Television Association has just
announced that "Terror Inside" will be honored in six categories in
the upcoming 19th Annual Crystal Reel Awards.

"Terror Inside"- Best Picture under $1 million
Tanya Memme - Best Actress in a picture under $1 million
Corey Feldman - Best Actor in a picture under $1 million
Chris Cavallero - Best Supporting Actor in a picture under $1 million
Jozef Lenders - Best Director in a picture under $1 million
Jozef Lenders - Best Editor in a picture under $1 million

The awards will be presented in a ceremony on Saturday August 23rd,
2008, in Florida. "Terror Inside" was also named an official selection
of the Central Florida Film Festival (CENFLO) but will not be screened
there due to a previous commitment to the Fort Lauderdale
International Film Festival (FLIFF). On November 1st, 2008, at 10PM,
"Terror Inside" will make its Florida Premier at the Fort Lauderdale
International Film Festival as an official festival selection.

Yes it is true! Tanya is officially engaged to Vahan. I'm told they
sealed the deal a few weeks ago in Bali after a week spent in Cambodia
together shooting a Canadian TV Special for World Vision Canada.
There are talks about a wedding sometime within the year, somewhere
outside the USA. Possibly her home town?

I wrote a poem about an actress.  She throws herself into her work.
The silver screen is her canvas.She becomes the color that makes it
what it is. People come from everywhere.They will give their last few
dollars too sit in a room to see this picture.

This is an update from the producer Joe Lenders:

Terror Inside will be available at most major retailers and movie
rental outlets late this summer. Be sure to ask your local
Blockbuster, Movie Gallery or Hollywood Video store to order "Terror
Inside" for rental and sale when it becomes available on DVD.

Fans will be able to order the DVD online in a few months and details
will be coming soon.

Tanya, Are you back from Cambodia yet? I'd love to hear of your trip.

Well, I flew into Cheyenne yesterday, leaving LA at 6:00am! I had
just enough time to land and get to set! Airplane seats have become
my new bed!! So, running on no sleep is something I'm used to. I feel
like a parent with a new born baby....very sleep deprived....except
without the baby.

It was snowing when I arrived, windy, cold, and even though I'm
Canadian, I will never get used to the cold. All because you're
Canadian doesn't mean you like the cold! Have you noticed how many
Canadians flock to Florida every year?

So off to the set from the airport I go. I met Francais and Bill
Tormey, they are a military family and have moved 5 times in the past
16 years.  Which might seem like a lot, but not long ago I was a
struggling actress in NYC and moved 15 times in 6 years! I was an
immigrant new to the US. I didn't have credit history, much money,
just graduated from school, couldn't put my name on a lease so I had
to sublet. Sublet to sublet and so on. Maybe one day I'll write about
those days in a blog. All I can say is that if I could do it all over
again.....I'm not so sure I would. My 20's was the most difficult
time in my life.
BUT....on the other hand,  I am one of the lucky artists blessed to
experience a wonderful career and life in the past few years. Most of
my friends are still struggling. I thank God everyday for what I have
and the crazy exciting life I have created.

Last night was Rogers birthday, so we all dressed up in our cowboy
best, ate dinner at Poor Richards and afterwards they went line
dancing at the Outlaw Saloon!! I wasn't feeling too well and fell
asleep the second I stepped foot in my hotel room!

Today, we are all busy at work moving furniture, having fun with the
3 Ferrets and 3 cats, lots of commotion!! Roger is pacing back and
forth making sure everything is running smoothly. I am furiously
typing away. There are so many family members doing all the work! Its
GREAT!  Certa Pro painters just showed up to paint what we don't get
finished. The first picture is Roger and I with everyone working in
the background, and the second shot is my producer Lee Christofferson
pausing for a moment from painting to cover up Chads butt cheeks
while I take a photo.

Its FREEZING in here!! I am always complaining I'm cold and Roger is
always saying he's hot so its a constant battle! Ha!

To answer your question. I can't think of a celebrity woman in the
ballpark with Tanya. I find myself feeling sorry for the most talked
about among the elite in Hollywood. YUP, I'm a fan and biased. You are

This is probably way too late for this year but even though I have
never watched a single episode of DWTS I would definitely make it a
point to watch if she were on it.

That is saying a LOT for me because I despise reality shows :)

treadmill. Why? I cannot see myself ever selling my home. What do I
get from the show? Its nice to watch a beautiful person both in and

To all my friends and family,

What an amazing experience this will be!  I was asked to be a
celebrity spokesperson along with Alex Trebeck for WORLD VISION. This
May 20th-27th I will be traveling to either Cambodia or Thailand to
shoot a one hour special to help encourage people to sponsor a child,
raise money for the hungry, and help STOP Human Trafficing. The
special will air mainly in Canada on all major networks. Global TV to
name one.

Along my journey, I am also going to be taking my video camera and a
professional camera to take photos, and footage of "real life"
moments and experiences of the people and families I meet.
The photos and the video footage will be showcased at a Hollywood
gallery event. The prints will be presented in an artistic way as
well as have artists paint their own creations from the photos. All
sales will be  donated to World Vision.

I will keep you posted on the event as well as other details. I'm
hoping you might want to get involved and help me make a difference
by sponsoring a child, attending my gallery event or simply just
getting the word out for others to attend!

It's going to be an intense experience that is very much in line with
my personal goals and purposes. It feels good to know that finally
I'm being given a chance to really make a difference in life!
