Why are such talented and seemingly smart people so stupid when it comes to that kind of stuff?

When I quit 11 years ago it was the hardest thing I ever had to do (at that time anyway)I had to give up hot coffee at the same time. Couldn't do one with out the other. and even after all this time I will wake up every great once in a while craving one.

I am paying the price for it now--I tell you that...have inhaler will travel.
I used to do stand up/spoken word in smokey bars and coffee houses but I can't stay in those places for more than a minute these days...bleeech...

Now I get bronchitis about 3 times a year-more often then not it develops into pneumonia. Doc says had I not been a swimmer when I was a kid it would probably be way worse.
I may be getting a portable oxygen tank for my 45th birthday if this keeps up.
Sexy huh?

So Pauly I'm begging yah, get the gum or patch or something!! Do it for Sam if not for yourself.
