New Delhi, February 1: It was a restaurant launch, but the object of everyone’s attention was not culinary. Sridevi played ribbon cutter at the opening of actor-director Satish Kaushik’s restaurant Khana Unlimited in Connaught Place this week. ‘‘I am here because he is a good friend of ours,’’ said Sri who informed us that she can dish out a mean thaira saadam (curd rice) and grilled chicken. ‘‘When it comes to food I like to eat everything and I enjoy cooking,’’ she added. The actress was accompanied by her producer husband Boney Kapoor who’s all set to release his films Milenge Milenge and No Entry. Kapoor chirpily announced to all and sundry, ‘‘I’m going to eat all the food here.’’ His pal Kaushik didn’t seem to mind.
