Just shoot the POV of the car... show shots of the car swerving and then cut
to the POV from the car's point-of-view, swerving around the road, then
heading right for the tree, then crash! Use sound effects to complete the
scene... it's crude, but can work.

When you shoot, the POV, you can even shoot it walking with the camera and
then speed it up in Post, or shoot it at a higher frame rate, like 18 fps or
12 fps... good luck!
