reenactors are faced with several questions. One being
Facial Hair. Moustaches were in vogue during the period
1898-1902, but how many bearded soldiers have you seen
photos of? General Wheeler sported a beard while in
Cuba, and period photos show a few more.<br>Anyone have
any info on personal grooming regulations for REGULAR
