Hello,
I hope that this finds everyone doing well. I would like to see if
anyone from Spanish American War is interested in coming out and
taking part in the "Shootout at Mule Camp" in Covington, Georgia,
from May 22nd to 25th, 2007. The Event is officially a S.A.S.S.
event, however they have asked me to get together a Group of
Reenactors to come out and take part to draw some attention to the
event as "Entertainment," and I am wanting to put together a Group of
Reenactors from the 1860 to 1900 Timeperiod, and was wanting to see
if any other War with Spain reenactors might be interested in joining
us.
The reenactors are being assembled on my part as a group of the Grand
Army of the Frontier, however I've got some fellows from my Civil War
Reenacting Group, and am trying to see if anyone from my the Heavy
Battery, S.C. Volunteer Artillery (1898-1899) are interested in
coming out, and thought I'd see if anyone else was interested in
joining us.
For more details please feel free to drop me a line and I'll give you
the details. I know they are requesting me to send them a list of
those coming out in advance so anyone caring to link up with us is
more than welcome to.
