Patrick,
I currently live in Florida, stationed at Key
West but my home is in Tampa. I am originally from
California and was a member of the Span Am group that
Ted Stahr was a member of, (did US then) but I have
lost all contact with them, as that whole group folded
up as far as I know.
Before I left to Florida I was able to collect
everything but a uniform for doing Spanish. As stated,
I have a complete Infantry and Cavalry, (minus
Carbine) US impressions. But I have only worn the
uniforms a couple times as there is just no one doing
Span Am anymore. Which is a shame as it is one of my
favorite impressions.
I have pondered to get rid of my stuff, but I
feel defeated that I never was able to get my Spanish
impression finished. I have a rifle, hat, period
sandals, and full correct repo leather gear, but no
uniform. Please do send all your info, and ideas as to
where to get the material.
Thanks,
CJSmylie
