I know of a few guys here in San Antonio but when I asked if we'd be
doing anything to coincide w/ next year's 110th anniversary (and thus
pushing me to go finish my Spaniard impression as I have the major
parts i.e. the Mauser) I got no response.

Might be the effects of not doing anything in a great while...
