The title about says it all. Looked on the Page and saw that the last
post made was back on March 9th! Boy we must be getting some good sleep or
alot of fire time, ain't sure which. Anyways on to my question.
I was wondering if anyone knew where I might be able to obtain a copy
of the drill manual that would have been used for the United States Infantry
from 1898 to 1902? I'm still trying to assemble my gear and all, a slow process
as you all might know, but in the mean time I sure as heck can probably
afford a copy of the drill manual, and put myself to work learning the steps.
And
being an old Civil War Reenactor who loves drill, I'm always lookin' for any
chance I can get to drill, drill, and drill some more.
Also does anyone know who is a good quality supplier of the Shirts,
Pants, and Gaiters? I'm trying to get the most period correct gear I can (Short
of buying original), and not a second hand knock off of anything that is going
to look extremely out of place.
