No...however, it is possible that he had the dishonorable discharge
reversed. Depending on the issues in the case, it may have happened.
Also, if he applied for a pension, but did not get it, that
information is still on file also. It would give details on the
incidents involved.

Actually, in his case, you may want to apply for his military file
also. Generally these files do not have much data, but may in his
case.

This would require a separate request using a different government
form.
