I posted an image of some eating utensils in the photo's section of the
groupd website. I believe these to be the 1874 Pattern.

A set consists of a knife and fork. Each example here is clearly marked with
a U.S.

There is also the 1884 Pattern which is similar to the 1910 pattern. I have
one example of a knife of this pattern dated 1904 and will post an image of
it in future.

My understanding is that both of these are apropriate for the Spanish
American War!
