I don't remember the sound being too oppressive, but they did get one
neat sound trick off, when at one point they used the stereo gimmick
to locate a spider's activity into one corner of the theatre. It was
really effective in giving the sense that the movement was actually
in the particular theatre I was in. I don't know if this trick worked
as well in all places. I only remember this being used once or twice,
so they didn't over-indulge. I likely would have waited for video
too, but circumstances put me around the theatre with a few hours to
kill and the opportunity seemed to neat to pass up.
