Someone wanted info about performing Grease II in the U.K. I tried to
send an e-mail but the two e-mail addresses did not work.

Paramount did not call me back with any legal information. The songs
would be covered by either ASCAP or BMI. If the arena where the play
would be presented has a contract with ASCAP or BMI the songs would
be covered. The story would be owned by Paramount and a call to (323)
956-5000 would get through to the switchboard. Ask for legal and go
through all the different extensions you get until someone gives you
an answer. You will probably not get a real person after the
operator, just answering machines. My guess is they are understaffed
for the holidays.
