Hi Stacy

I haven't heard anything. Paramount is releasing alot of there movies
in October (Flashdance, Footloose, Saturday Night Fever, Staying Alive
and Urban Cowboy) as well as Grease in a few weeks, but NO mention of
G2 ANYWHERE!! I was thinking about sending Paramount an email (or we
should all start bombarding them with emails) REQUESTING this movie on
DVD.

If they do ever release it, I wouldn't expect ANY extras on there
other than the movie. They are THE WORST studio when it comes to
extras on DVD. GREASE only has a few interviews and a "songbook" if
you get the first pressings of the DVDS when they come out. WHOOO
HOOO!!

I would LOVE to see an audio commentary (by some of the cast members
perhaps or even Patricia Birch...SOMEONE!!), deleted scenes (cause we
ALL know there are some of those floating around). Maybe a featurette
of some sort, cast interviews, behind the scenes footage and of
course, a trailer, but I don't think that is going to happen.

PRETTY IN PINK and SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL were just released to DVD
and there is NOTHING on them either, so I doubt if G2 will get anything.

So, what do you think about the email blitz thing to Paramount?
