As some of you may have surmised, the NYC Brown Book Club is currently
not active. I take full responsibility for the current lull -- it's not
a big amount of work to run the club, but lately I just haven't have the
time to keep it going.

Thanks to the efforts of member Liz Cho, our subsidy from the Brown Club
of New York has been restored, which is really great news. I'd love to
see the book club continue to meet and have fun discussions, so I'm
asking for one or two people to volunteer to coordinate the book
selection and meetings for the next year. I'd be happy to help out,
especially with the online aspect and the Yahoo! Group.

Please respond to me directly if you might be interested in helping keep
the book club active.
