I checked out the message board. It looks like a very good resource to use for posting messages and events. For example, I saw the notice for casting on the upcoming indie film "Mon Desir". I invited that group of young filmmakers into SOFAT as well. I hope the combination of SOFAT and SOSAS will continue to spur activity here in the area.
