Me, I'm still scribbling away. Was just awarded a juried residency at
the Mary Anderson Center for the Arts here in southern Indiana. I leave

Yes I know I'm a day early but I beleive it's that time of the year
again!  You just get better and better Amir!  :-)  Here's to a great
year ahead...and hopefully another play...soon?  I'm keeping my
fingers crossed!  I enjoyed the last one and can't wait to see you in

Wow Rachell, I'm so sorry I didn't get to meet
you, especially after you drove 3 hours to see the
show. I usually don't go out after shows just because
I'm a little wierd about that sort of thing. But I
certainly would have come out to see you if I had known. I
know exactly which show you went to, too because the
flashlight wasn't supposed to be there. The dead man, Oliver
Costello accidently flipped over onto the couch when he
was being killed so we sort of had to improve the
finding of the gloves AND the flashlight. LOL, how funny
you were at that very show. Well thanks so much for
coming and let me know if there is anything I can do to
make up to you the part about not meeting you
personally. I'm sure I'll be getting into something else
pretty soon and we can do it then.<br>AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

Anna The play was wonderful! Amir was great and
the rest of the cast was too. Very professional and
well done. We laughed about some of the lines all the
way home. <br>The only bad thing about it, it was
over before we realized it. There wasn't a boring
moment once Amir came on stage.<br>Ra-Chell

the play. I wish I could have attended but alas, it

Amir Aboulela as Inspector Lord in Agatha
Christe's play Spider's Web is great! Wonderful acting. His
interaction with "Clarrisa" (Stephanie Parker) the main
character who has problems telling the truth was terrific.
His expressions were priceless at times. Such as when
he found the gloves and flashlight hidden behind the
sofa pillows and we laughed along with the audience
when he discovered the body had disappeared leaving
behind a note that read, "Sucks to you."<br>It was nice
to see Amir act for for more then 5 seconds. :-)
Unfortunely we did not get to meet him afterwards. The play
is funny and we would love to see it a 2nd time. But
it's a 3 hour drive from where we are. If anyone here
has the chance to go, do! The theatre is located
behind a bowling alley with plenty of parking. There is
no assigned seating and we were able to sit in the
2nd row. There is a shopping center across the street
with several places to eat. We're looking forward to
seeing you in more plays Amir. <br>Ra-Chell

OK, I have made reservations for Jan 6th the 2 PM
performance Amir. I tried to make it Sat but anyone who knows
what the 101 and the 405 freeways are like when they
become parking lots will understand. I got stuck on the
101 and it took 30 minutes or more just to make the
transition from the 101 to the 405 (parking lot). I had to
call and cancel my reservations at the last minute.
Sorry everyone but there was no way I would have made
it for the opening of the play and I didn't want to
miss any of it.<br> :-( <br>The play must be doing
well because I understand from the recording I got
