I'm looking to transfer some 9.5mm films that a client has. Any suggestions for
a good transfer house that handles this format? The goal is to create a version
their family can watch while keeping the original films in storage.

9.5USA maintains an international list of 9.5mm transfer houses here: http://www.9-5usa.org/video.htm I personally can't recommend Colorlab's work highly...
