Hello,

I was at the A.M.I.A / HMD meeting, and I'm from Paris. I am looking
for few advices regarding the way to clean old S8, 8, or 16 mm reels.
I've done it few times with a cloth and traditional film cleaner,
during the winding of the print. But usually the material was in very
good shape. But, if the material is weak (brittle, or vinegar
syndrome etc.) do you recommand to do it? Can we use film cleaner is
those cases?
