Announcing the call for entries for the 8th Amateur and Independent Cinema Festival KAN! Deadline for entries is March 1, 2007.
Already for the 8th time we meet in Wroclaw during the
festival of movies, that is going to take place between the 19th and the 22nd of April.
The aim of the Competition is to popularizate amateur and independent, foreign movie production in Poland, and also to award the best movie and its directors.
Entry guidelines
q The competitive section of the KAN Festival is open to short and independent films under 40 minutes
q
for all international movies there is one category - BEST FOREIGN MOVIE
q In the competition the movies, that were made to get profits by the people other than their authors, cannot participate
q The technique of movie making that was used cannot be the ground for not letting a movie participate in the competition
q The movies are accepted on the digital carriers in one of the following form: Mpeg, Avi, DivX, Video CD, Super Video CD,
DVD
q An entry form has to be enclosed to each work. An application form can be downloaded from the organisators website
