Improvisation for Self-Acceptance
------------------------------------
A Ten Week Drama Therapy Group
In theatre improvisation, every player is vital, and mistakes are viewed as
moments of risk-taking genius. Similarly, in life, bold choices are
sometimes necessary, and mistakes have the potential of becoming
transformative learning experiences.
In a supportive environment, you will learn how to affirm all parts of
yourself, acknowledge and break through the inner critic, and
unconditionally accept yourself and others. Through moment-to-moment
improvisational theatre exercises, you can discover how to surrender your
impulses to the perfection of the present moment.
No previous acting or improvisational theatre experience necessary. Shy
people are welcome!
