I have a project with a government client, for which I've produced a
little over an hour of narrative video. To make the videos 508-
compliant, I need to create versions of the videos with descriptive
audio (equivalent to closed captions for visually impaired viewers).
Need to find a vendor who's done this before- any suggestions?
