HOW TO MAKE A NO-BUDGET FEATURE FILM Workshop
Acclaimed independent filmmaker Julie Talen will give a free workshop in <A

Smith 102</A> at the University of Washington. The event is open to all, student
or no
(and it's free, don't forget), and please bring any questions you may have
about the low/no-budget feature filmmaking process. Talen, no stranger the world
of creatively-made, financed and filmed movies (she has made several short
and mid-length films), is also a veteran Hollywood screenwriter, so she knows
how things are done on both sides of the poverty line and can answer just about
