This screenplay contest was created to provide encouragement, support the
efforts and celebrate the outstanding work of screenwriters. We’ve gathered
over $150,000* worth in prizes and scholarships that places the spotlight on
script to screen.

The winner of the International 2009 screenwriting contest will be awarded a
US$150,000 value Film Critical Path ™ “Greenlight” Development Package,
Scholarship, Cash Prize and Subscriptions.

We uncover the secrets and mysticism of what it takes to get a screenplay made
into a film by providing an exclusive opportunity for screenwriters to get a
glimpse into the criteria of getting a script made into a film through this
screenplay contest. This criteria not only provides valuable insight to winning
this contest, but is actually what it takes for a script to be Greenlit and
achieve financing. It opens opportunities for a project and avenues for the
developing screenwriter.
