Just started a new publicity campaign for an Internet Television
company, and it has taken ALL my waking hours for the past two weeks.
I suspect it will be keeping me busy for quite some time, so selecting
a roommate who can manage a 2-bedroom apartment on their own(when I'm
not there) is imperative. Or when I am there, to kick it with movies,
food and just chillin'.

I don't know what it is, but it must be something with my place. Feng
Shui. Good Karma. Fantastic Kismet. Incredible Fortune. Whatever. It
seems that every time some new out-of-towner with dreams and
aspirations of making it big here in the Land of Glitz and Glamour
moves into my place, s/he ends up being blessed with such remarkable
good blessings that they quickly outgrow my 2-bedroom abode. Actors
